A belief that leadership begins with responsibility. Sustained by resilience. Proven through action.
Sheepdog 6 exists to challenge a single decision: stand back or step in. Sheep or sheepdog.
Rooted in service to country and a deep respect for the freedoms we enjoy, Sheepdog 6 is built on the idea that leadership is a duty, not a title. Now, that mission extends beyond the locker room. Through real-life experiences and straight talk, Mike Kazlausky (Coach Kaz) challenges audiences to choose courage over comfort and action over excuses. He reminds us that leadership and winning are not defined by a scoreboard alone, but by the person you choose to be and the hard choices you are willing to make.
Mike Kazlausky—known as Coach Kaz—is a retired U.S. Air Force pilot and Head Baseball Coach at the United States Air Force Academy. A proud American and lifelong servant leader, he has spent decades shaping the next generation of leaders who understand that freedom, responsibility, and standards go hand in hand.
With more than 20 years of military service as a pilot, teacher, and coach, Kaz pushes individuals not just to raise their right hand, but to raise their standards and to find the warrior within.
His leadership has influenced elite athletes such as Paul Skenes — MLB’s No. 1 overall draft pick in 2024, NL Rookie of the Year, and NL Cy Young Award in 2025 — as well as countless others who now lead in service, business, and family.
Through Sheepdog 6, Coach Kaz brings that same message of discipline, patriotism, and commitment to excellence to audiences nationwide – challenging them all to lead with integrity, standards, purpose, and heart.
